Dr. Laura Nowakowski is from Warren, Michigan and completed her undergraduate degree in animal science at Michigan State University. She went on to attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where she first met Dr. Curran, and they have been together ever since! Upon completion of pre-clinical studies, she went on to clinical training at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. After practicing in upstate New York for a few years, they decided to move back to Metro Detroit. Dr. Nowakowski has special interests in dermatology, internal medicine and dentistry.  Together, they have two dogs, Cassie and Mac, and a cat, Luciano. In their free time, they enjoy cooking together, gardening, and spending time outdoors with the dogs!
